REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS FOR CONSULTANCY
TO DESIGN ON-LINE REPOSITORY WITH INTERACTIVE COMPONENTS
for NEST360° Implementation Learning Guide

We are seeking to appoint a consultant for the NEST360° online implementation learning guide for care of small and sick newborns. The consultant (or team) will be responsible for Phase I: to develop an on-line platform, designed with dynamic interactive components and work with the NEST360° teams to populate this with documents (including tagging and advanced search capabilities). This new site is expected to be hosted on the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) server and link to existing NEST360° communication website https://www.nest360.org/, as well as the 15 partners in the NEST 360° network (9 in Africa), and to other key partners eg in United Nations. Phase II will be tendered later and involve improved targeting by user profiles, and link/incorporate e-learning.
We are looking for a dynamic company/individual experienced in web design and management of web-based applications, with skills in ‘theme’ design using either Drupal or WordPress, a solid understanding of user experience and Adaptive/Responsive Design for cross-platform devices such as mobile phones, tablets, or other handheld devices. They should be able to engage over 6 months starting 10th August 2020 to February 2021. We anticipate key milestones to be delivered in August (website/platform map), September (Beta version of the online platform), and January 2021 (publicly available platform).
